Before First Use

• Wash with hot soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly with a soft cotton or linen towel. Season by lightly coating the surface with cooking oil (don't use low smoke point oil or SPRAY OIL for this purpose), heat on medium for 2 minutes, beware of burning the oil.

Heating

• Do not heat empty pot/ pan. It may shorten the life span of the product or cause discoloration and burns.
• Preheat with ingredients or water. It is recommended to cook on medium heat or low heat because this cookware set has high thermal conductivity and thermal efficiency.

Induction

• Induction delivers relatively strong firepower. Please be ware that, instead of using it from highest power, warm up slowly at the lowest stage would be better.
• For induction products, it is hard to provide accurate guidance as the power value varies from different brands. If you use with high thermal power from the beginning, product deformation and accidents may occur, please use with caution.

Precautions

• When cooking for a long time, the product is very hot, so there is a risk of burns and accidents.
• Strong impact may cause damage to the product.
• Wooden or heat resistant plastic spatula is recommended to use for cooking in the pot/ pan.
• In order to maintain the coating of this product for a long time, avoid using abrasives or steel wool as mush as possible.
• Do not store food in the pot for a long period or leave it unwashed after use.
• Do not sprinkle salt directly on the surface of the pot/ pan, may stick on the surface.
• Silicone pad is recommended to use in order to prevent scratched on the induction bottom surface.
