When finished, the surface color of raw wood may vary due to the inherent differences present in the wood itself.
4. Scratches
Wood materials can be prone to scratches and impacts, which may cause paint to chip or edges to dent.
To protect the surface from impacts or foreign substances, place a transparent mat on the table top. Since wood may deform due to temperature and humidity, glass is a preferred protective material. Additionally, minimize impact at contact points between the table and chairs.
