We DO NOT refund nor replace with new products for conditions below,
- Non-defected products
- Exchanging products as long as they are in accordance with your order
- Used products, or not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or with missing parts
- Due to the reason of the discrepancy between the real product and images shown on the website
- For the customers who make purchase on bedding & linens, cups, mugs, pots, cutlery etc. (ie. non-furniture items), and choose to deliver by SF delivery, we would check and confirm the products in good condition, and also wrap the products with good protection before order dispatch. Customers may need to bear the loss of or damage to the products during delivery, we shall not be responsible or liable for any risk of damage to or loss of the products during delivery.
If happened with defected items received, please do below,
- Email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 calendar days after the date of receiving the item(s), to explain with supporting photos showing all the damages discovered. We will reply within 5 business days.
- Return the original receipt and the unused item(s) in its original package to our showroom or warehouse. The customer shall be fully responsible for any return shipping and customs fees incurred.
- The exchange for new item(s) normally takes about 30 business days, depends on the product availability.
All return orders are restricted to the following conditions:
- Returned items can only be exchanged with items of the same colour and product model in accordance with the original order.
- Deviation of colour is not a valid reason for the guarantee return.
- All delivery and shipment fees are non-refundable.
Funny Workshop does not carry any warranty or guarantee on any of its products after the 7 day return and exchange period whether the fault of the customer or the manufacturer.
