Points to Note before purchase

1. The surface may be slippery for the new product. Please wipe it down with a dampened cloth before use.
2. Please avoid placing heavy objects on the mat as it may leave a dent.
3. Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (UV lights), heated mattress pads, and fire, which may cause product deform. Discoloration and mould blooming may occur when exposed to humid floor. When water is seeped into the sides of the mat, please dry in well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
4. Each piece may slightly differ in size (+/- 3 mm).
5. Colors on each piece may slightly differ due to the production process of adding color before molding into foam blocks.
6. When spilled with something like juice, tomato sauce or food stains on the mat, please wipe off with acetone/ wet towel immediately and dry naturally.
7. Please make your purchase after careful consideration. We don’t accept returns/exchanges after product delivery.

Please note the following potential issues, which are not grounds for return or exchange due to the nature of the product:

• Surface Texture Variation: When purchasing additional mats, the surface texture may vary due to the manufacturing process. This is not a defect.
• Wrinkles on the Mat Surface: Wrinkles may vary in depth depending on the mold press pressure used during production.
• Spacing Between Mats: There may be gaps when placing mats side by side.
• Edge Finish Type: The corner finishes of the living room (size L) and hallway (size S) types may differ in shape depending on the design ratio.

For New Apartments:

• In newly built apartments occupied for less than six years, the concrete curing process generates moisture for about three years. Ventilate frequently to prevent moisture buildup between the floor and the mat.
• Discoloration of the floor due to this moisture is a natural phenomenon and not caused by the product.

Floor Types:

• Using mats on laminate or hardwood flooring may result in discoloration or transfer of flooring material due to moisture.

Moisture Management:

• Moisture can cause the mat floor to discolor or become moldy. If the floor is wet, manage it carefully.
• After laying new flooring, ensure sufficient ventilation before installing mats to evaporate accumulated moisture and harmful substances, preventing odor and discoloration.

Contamination and Cleaning:

• This product can be vacuumed. Check for sharp objects on the floor before using a vacuum cleaner.
• Steam cleaners should not be used as they operate at high temperatures.
• Strong detergents may damage the film surface. Avoid volatile products like acetone or Febreze.
• For partial contamination, dilute a neutral detergent in water and wipe clean.

Transfer Risks:

Be cautious with items that may transfer to the mat and are hard to remove, such as:

• Clothing that bleeds easily (jeans, dyed fabrics, leggings)
• Food (beverages, fruits, water, coffee, kimchi)
• Art supplies (oil-based markers, high oil content supplies)
• Infant urine and feces
