Points to Note before purchase

• Wrinkle Phenomenon: Wrinkles from delivery disappear in 7-14 days.
• Heaviness Phenomenon: Mat unfolds naturally when used.
• Cave-in Phenomenon: Avoid placing heavy/sharp items on the mat.
• Color Difference Phenomenon: Slight color/gloss differences may occur.

Please keep these care instructions in mind:

• Avoid Staining Items: Be cautious with jeans, coffee, oil-based dyes, ballpoint pens, art supplies with high oil content (such as pastels), oil-based markers, and red-colored items, as their stains are difficult to remove.
• Hot Liquids Warning: Hot coffee can seep into the film layer, so handle with care.
• Prevent Discoloration: Prolonged exposure to contaminants may cause discoloration. Wipe off any spills immediately.
• Stain-Prone Foods: Exercise caution with foods like curry and kimchi, which can easily stain.
• Stain Management: Use a neutral detergent to manage stains more effectively.
• Variations in Color and Cushion Feel: Note that color and cushion feel may vary with additional items due to production periods and seasonal temperature changes.
• Immediate Drying: If the mat gets wet, wipe it off immediately. Water-resistant, but moisture left unchecked can seep in and cause odors.
• Avoid Washing Machines: Do not wash in a washing machine. Rough brushes, strong detergents, and chemicals can damage the surface. Instead, use a neutral detergent diluted in water.
• No Steam Cleaners: Steam cleaners should not be used.
• Ventilation: If the mat is left in the same spot for a long time, the floor underneath may discolor due to lack of UV exposure. Lift frequently to ventilate.
• Dry Floor Completely: Ensure the floor is completely dry before relaying the mat to prevent discoloration from remaining moisture.
• New Apartments: In newly built apartments, ventilate frequently for at least six years to prevent moisture buildup between the floor and the mat due to the concrete curing process.
• Natural Discoloration: Any discoloration of the floor is a natural phenomenon and not caused by the mat.
• Avoid Strong Chemicals: Avoid strongly acidic or alkaline products as they may cause discoloration and bubbles on the fabric surface. Also avoid volatile products like acetone or Febreze.
• Avoid Heat: Prevent direct contact with flames or hot objects, which can cause fire or deformation.
• Returning the Mat: Roll it up with the outer surface visible to avoid wrinkles or lines. Rolling with the bottom surface visible may result in product defects and disputes.
