Porcelain ceramics are products made to complement the weaknesses of marble. Porcelain ceramics are high-quality materials made by processing natural minerals at high temperatures and high pressures. Compared to regular marble, they have a low moisture absorption rate, so they are hygienic to use and can be easily cleaned and maintained. In addition, they have excellent surface strength and are heat-resistant, so they are less susceptible to scratches or deformation due to heat and are highly durable.

12mm porcelain ceramic top

The Bosco top is made of 12mm porcelain ceramic and 18mm MDF backing, making it sturdy and stable.

The thick top is safe from impact, so you can use it without worry.

*MDF uses E0 board, which is higher specification than the domestic standard E1.

Handle ceramic tables with the same care you would give to clay:

1. Food stains left for an extended period may be difficult to remove, depending on the type of food.
2. Ceramic tables can be easily cleaned with a damp microfiber cloth.
3. To maintain their optimal condition, regularly apply a diluted neutral liquid detergent using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth.
4. For animal fats, choose an alkaline detergent, and for oily inks, use a cream or powder detergent diluted with water before wiping.

Preventing Wood Splitting

Please note that there may be a gap between the metal and wood in the legs of the Bosco Table Trendy Type. This gap is intentional, designed to allow for wood shrinkage and expansion, thereby preventing splitting. As each piece is crafted by hand, the gap where the metal is inserted may vary in size.

Additional Considerations

1. Be Cautious with the Corners - While this product is designed with safety in mind, ceramic corners may be susceptible to damage from strong impacts.
2. Wood Shrinkage and Expansion - Natural wood products may shrink or expand with seasonal changes, which can lead to gaps between the ceramic top and the wood base. Please note that this is a normal occurrence inherent to the properties of natural wood.
