1. After start using the sofa, there might be a step among 2 head cushions, and there is a small gap between the seat cushions. These are not defect.
2. When the motor sofa operates on both sides, the height of the left & right parts might be asymmetric. And there should be motor sound during operating.
3. There might be wrinkles on the tilting part of the head cushion and at the sides of the seat cushion.
4. The partial line where the incision meets might not match.
5. Do NOT sit on the headrest, armrest & footrest.
6. Make sure no kids, pets or any objects underneath before folding the footrest.
7. Do NOT sit in more than 1 person on each seat.
8. Do NOT stand on the extended parts.
